Mark was great from the start. He let us take the ford transit custom for a good test drive and when we got back we had a good chat about the van with no pressure to buy. He gave us time to think about it before we decided to buy. When we went to pick it up, it was lovely and clean, the handover was so easy with mark. I would definitely recommend them. 5 out of 5 customer service.

We found them easy to deal with and straightforward. The cars were all good value and well below main dealer prices. They had a lot of 7 seaters and we ended up driving away in a VW Sharan. Really pleased with the car and the overall buying experience.

They where advertising for a car priced up £16890 but when I called they saying different price which is more than what are the advertising on Auto Trader? I send them proof of the ad with the priced price marked and they’re saying somebody may be made a mistake or
